On February 17th, 2017, 2017 Provincial New Think-tank Construction Update Meeting was held in Nanjing. Vice secretary of party committee of Jiangsu Normal University Hong Cen, vice dean of Belt & Road Institute Prof. Zhengping Shen and Dr. Hongwei Chen attended the Meeting. Director of Propaganda Department of Jiangsu provincial party committee Yanwen Wang attended the meeting and gave a speech.
